PHBs which stands for Clean and Healthy Behavior of a set of behaviors that are practiced on the basis of awareness in an effort to keep herself healthy and actively help the health of the surrounding community. PHBs indeed it seems easy to say but it’s so difficult because it requires awareness and seriousness of the importance of maintaining good health.
